Michele is another record labels representative in the Jury, working now as Digital Promotion Manager at Believe Recordings. Having being promoting a lot of greats artists such as Breton, Moriarty, Flume & Chet Faker, Fat Boy Slim, Asgeir..., he will see who has got a real potential to become the overall EMC winner!

From 1998 to 2009, she held various senior roles at Microsoft and NRJ before she took part in the launch of MySpace in France as Head of Marketing and Content. She is also a regular guest lecturer appearing at numerous conventions and universities, as well as a speaker in many conferences all over the world (TED, Berklee, Midem, MaMA, Sorbonne, HEC, SMAC, San Francisco Music Tech,...). Now Founder and GM of her own music marketing agency, Don't Believe The Hype (DBTH), she will judge the bands' ability to promote themselves. Impressing her will be a hard task, so be creative!
